Step 1: Tap the bottle gently to loosen the powder
Step 2: Look for the fill line on the bottle (or check the instructions for water amount)
Step 3: Add water in TWO portions:
- Add half the water first
- Shake vigorously until powder dissolves
- Add remaining water to the fill line
- Shake again
Step 4: Check that it's fully mixed (no clumps at bottom)
💡 Use tap water unless told otherwise. Bottled water works too. Don't use hot water.

Yes! Most pharmacies mix it for you. Just refrigerate when you get home.
